DCCC and Danish Young Professionals are delighted to invite you to our first ever Danish Friday Easter Lunch - Friday the 6th of April! Seize the opportunity to catch up with old friends or make new ones at our favorite Danish restaurant in Beijing, Bleu Marine.
April 6th is the perfect day to hippity hop and celebrate Easter together with your friends, The DCCC and Danish Young Professionals. For this special occasion, the all-time favorite restaurant Bleu Marine will create the perfect day full of traditional Easter-atmosphere with a delicious Scandinavian buffet and 3 hours of free flow of beer.

Marinerede sild med karrysalat, løg og kapers (pickled herring)
Æg og rejer (eggs and shrimps)
Fiskefilet med citron og remulade (fish fillet)
Lun leverpostej med bacon og svampe (pâté with bacon)
Frikadeller med agurksalat (pan-fried meatballs)
Roastbeef med Tzasiki og mintgele (roast beef)
Tomat/feta/løg salat (tomato/feta cheese/onion salat)
French fries
Frisk grøn salat med dressing (green salat)
Drinks:
3 hours free flow of draft beer for each guest
5 homemade traditional Danish Snaps for each guest
