The DCCC invites you to attend an HR seminar to learn more about how to hire foreigners and how to work together successfully in a cross-cultural collaboration. More specifically, the seminar will focus on the new regulation for hiring foreign graduates as well as a presentation about hands-on experience with cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

The new regulation has made it easier to hire foreigners without work experience, which enables companies to hire foreign graduates immediately after graduation. When working together with people from different cultures, it is important to be aware of the challenges that can arise, which is why this seminar will also present practical insights to successful cross-cultural communication and collaboration. In other words, the seminar will focus on how to hire foreigners and how to work together successfully. To enlighten us on the topic we have invited two speakers with extensive and practical knowledge of the topic. Nicole Tian from Lee & Lee Associates who has delivered a similar presentation for the European Chamber of Commerce. Hong Jiang has worked 16 years for IFU and will share her personal experience as a native Chinese of working in Denmark and China with Danish companies.
