Tony Qi, Research Director at the Chinese research agency Tianhui in Shanghai will explain how foreign brands can conduct efficient and reliable online consumer research in China to better understand Chinese buying behaviour. This will be followed by Noam David Stern, Nordic Representative of the Chinese brand management firm Convergence in Shanghai, who will explain how e.g. foreign cosmetics and personal care brands can carry out direct online sales & marketing in China as an alternative to cross-border e-commerce.
