About the Sino-Danish Eco Park

The Sino-Danish ECO Industrial Park is located in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hunan Province, approximately 11 kilometers from Changsha Airport and Changsha South Railway Station. Positioned within the key development area of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, the park has easy access to Changsha Expressway Ring and Airport Expressway, and is about 1 kilometer away from Langli Maglev Station, providing connectivity to the airport and downtown Changsha.

Aligned with international standards, including the ESG evaluation system, the ECO Industrial Park aims to establish a "One Core, Double Innovations" industrial system, creating a green industrial cluster through ecological symbiosis. The planned launch for the ECO Industrial Park is in 2024, covering a land development area of approximately 666,667 square meters, with a total planned floor area of around 1.08 million square meters and an estimated total investment of approximately 5 billion yuan.

中丹生态工业园遵循国际标准，包括ESG评估体系，旨在建立一个"一核双新"的工业体系，通过生态共生创造绿色产业集群。生态工业园计划于2024年启动，规划可开发建设用地约为1000亩，规划计容总建筑面积约为108万平方米，估计总投资约50亿元人民币。
