About Royal Danish Consulate General in Shanghai

The Royal Danish Consulate General in Shanghai is Denmark's official representation in the Yangtze River Delta, a region encompassing Shanghai and surrounding provinces, known for its rapid economic growth and international trade. Their mission is to strengthen Denmark-China relations, offering support to Danish nationals, fostering government cooperation, business opportunities, and networking events throughout the delta area. The consulate consists of four key departments, including the Trade Council, Innovation Centre Denmark Shanghai, Invest in Denmark, and Visa and Consular Affairs. They facilitate business activities between China and Denmark, promote cultural exchange, and provide consular services to Danish nationals, serving as the organizing entity behind the Food Pavilion at CIIE.
