DCCC HR & Legal workgroup: How changes to social obligation can influence companies (In Chinese) 社保的变化对企业带来的影响

On July 20, 2018, the General Office of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council have issued the Plan for Reforming the State and Local Tax Collection and Administration Systems. The Plan states that basic pension insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums, unemployment insurance premiums, work-related injury insurance premium and maternity insurance premiums shall be uniformly collected by the taxation departments. And the change in the levy of social insurance premiums is considered to exert great impact on enterprise's employment and legal compliance. DCCC pleased to invite your colleagues from HR department or Legal department who is in charge of the social obligation matters to the workgroup. We are very happy to have a presentation from Liu Zhenghe, who is the partner from Anjie Law Firm. The workgroup will, based on the laws and regulations, policy changes and judicial practice in dispute resolution of basic pension insurance, go into details on the related legal issues regarding basic pension insurance.
