Fight like a Dane! NEW DATE: Nov. 25th

What happens when you cross a viking with martial arts? We don't know, but we would really like to find out! Therefore the DCCC invites you to a (literally!) kick-ass event where you can unleash your inner VIKING and fight in various fighting styles like kung-fu, muay tai, karate and boxing.

Your kung-fu master for this event is our own intern at DCCC, Line, who is a BODYCOMBAT™ instructor. BODYCOMBAT™ is a global, pre-choreographed high-energy martial-arts inspired workout which is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Through 8 different tracks with various combinations of kicking and punching you will activate all the muscles in your body. Line will guide you through the technique and challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. Both level of intensity and difficulty can be varied which makes BODYCOMBAT™ for everyone - no matter your level of physique. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ!

It will be intense and probably very confusing at first but we will have a really fun and banging afternoon of fitness partying together!

With the SHAPE pulse-watches we will be able to really push the limits, count our burned calories and see who's the toughest viking in the team! And yes, there will be a prize for the winner ;)

Practical info:

Dresscode: Sportswear suitable for kicking and punching and indoor training shoes. Bring a towel and enough water.

Facilities: Limited space in changing rooms. No showers.
