Dr. Hendrik Kohleick was appointed Head of Finance, Asia-Pacific in October 2023 and is based in Henkel’s Asia-Pacific Headquarters in Shanghai. Prior to current role, he held a variety of positions in Henkel.
He was Head of Group Strategy, based in Düsseldorf from 2019 to 2023.
He was Corporate Vice President Purchasing, based in Amsterdam from 2018 to 2019.
He was Head of IT & Shared Services, Asia-Pacific, based in Shanghai for 3 years since 2015.
He was Head of M&A, Strategy & Transformation, Laundry & Home Care, based in Düsseldorf from 2011 to 2014.
Before he joined Henkel, he was in McKinsey & Company for 8 years.
Hendrik studied business administration at University of Cologne, Germany, and holds a doctorate in business administrations from University of Hamburg, Germany.

Jonas Eberle is a finance and treasury professional with over a decade of international experience, including eight years in China. He has a proven track record in managing complex cash and liquidity structures for multinational companies overseeing cash flow, foreign exchange, and risk management.

With deep expertise in China’s regulatory landscape, Jonas Eberle has created a shared service center to streamline finance and treasury operations, while driving capital efficiency through centralized foreign exchange management. Jonas Eberle's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance.

Lucy worked as Group Cost Control Director and Group Senior HR and Administrative Director at MFLEX (Suzhou), a former US company which was taken over by a local Chinese private business group and has grown from $500 million to $2.5 billion annual sales.
As Group Cost Control Director, Lucy successfully helped the company establish a comprehensive cost system from scratch, enhancing the control and management efficiency in the financial process. She managed warehouse operations supporting business growth, provided suggestions and decision support for strategic funding and leadership decisions. She also established a performance monitoring system for production departments to analyze and improve production yield and efficiency.
In her role as Group Senior HR and Admin Director at MFLEX, she oversaw talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and spearheaded organizational change management. After the pandemic, in 2023, the company's overall labor cost rate reached the lowest level in the recent five years.

Prior to her management career at MFLEX, Lucy held financial leadership roles at Johnson Controls, Woodward, and Knowles Electronics in China and has over 30 years of practical business experience. She has received Global President's Award from different companies twice during her career.

Lucy holds multiple international professional qualifications, including certificates from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), and Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA).

Since October 2024, Julia holds the position CFO & SVP Voith Paper Asia in Kunshan and has been working as a CFO in China for 3 years. She holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom Kauffrau) and Sinology (B.A.) from University of Tuebingen, Germany. Her interest in China goes back to this university time, which also led her to Shanghai Tongji University first time back in 2005.

Throughout her career in various companies she has observed that between Germany and China often the small cultural differences have a big impact on the reputation and workload of the Chinese entity, so she has built an interest in making both sides aware of those to enable a closer and more effective collaboration.

Mr. Li Haiguang was appointed as CIO at Schaeffler Region Greater China in July 2018 to manage its general IT and Digitalization activities. Mr. Li has rich experience in IT and digitalization of Automotive industry in China over 18 years.

He started his career with Shanghai General Motors in 2003 and implemented the 1st SAP IS-AUTO solution for Auto OEM in China. He served Qoros Auto (JV between Chery and Israel Corp.) as CIO to implement full landscape of IT infrastructure and applications from scratch from 2012 to 2018.

Mr. Li is a guest lecture of 2021 MBA school of business at the Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Mr. Francesco Ingarsia is Chief Financial Officer at Schaeffler Holding (China) Co. Ltd., responsible for the financial activities of the Schaeffler Group in the region Greater China.

Mr. Ingarsia started his career in the field of audit and tax consulting for Rödl & Partner in Italy, then joined Schaeffler in 2002 in the Corporate Internal Audit Department. Prior to working in China, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Schaeffler Group in Australia from 2006 to 2009.

Mr. Ingarsia is a guest lecturer at the MBA School of Business at the East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai.

Florian Bliefert is a trainer at CA Akademie AG and a consultant specialized in the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics into controlling. He has more than ten years of experience in financial steering, reporting, planning, and data management, having held several positions in controlling in different branches.

In his consulting work, Florian focuses on digitalization topics such as AI, RPA, and data-driven performance management. His project portfolio includes the implementation of IBCS-compliant reporting systems, development of driver-based planning models, and optimization of financial portfolios using analytics.

Alexander Prautzsch is Tax Director with PwC China based in Shanghai office and is a member of the German as well as the European Business Group.

Alexander is a German certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) and has lived and worked in Shanghai since October 2005. Prior to working in China, Alexander worked for three years in the international tax department in Frankfurt. Alexander is a German native speaker and fluent in English and Mandarin.

Julien Boussu is a Corporate Finance professional from France with 16 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, including 14 years in China.

Ms. Wu has more than 20 years of practices and experience in financial management and controlling as well as IT development in manufacturing industry. She has been working for ruhlamat Automation (Suzhou) since 2006 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of ruhlamat Asia taking charge of finance, controlling and IT. She has also been involved deeply in the digitization project of the company.

Dr. Zhen Huang has been working as management consultant, trainer, and (interim) manager in Germany and China for nearly 30 years.
