Annette Dahl is the founder and managing director of C3 Consulting, a cross-cultural consultancy helping clients optimize their global communication and collaboration through tailored training solutions. Annette has extensive experience in the field of cross-cultural training and has during the last 10+ years provided training programmes to a wide range of organizations from various sectors.
Besides developing C3 Consulting's training concept, Annette travels all around the globe to deliver cross-cultural training, including global mindset workshops, expat training, global leadership development, Danish and Chinese cultural training, and intercultural executive coaching.

Hong Jiang is native Chinese with immense experience of working in Denmark and China with Danish companies. After studying her master degree in Denmark she returned to China and worked for 16 years in the Investment Fund for Developing Countries Denmark (IFU) in China. During the time she worked for IFU, she has engaged in bridge-building between the Danish and Chinese through business development, contract negotiations, communication among executives and directors, solving conflicts, etc.
With a Chinese background and solid knowledge of Danish culture and language, she has hands-on experience when it comes to dealing with cultural differences. She holds board positions in many Danish companies in China as well as prominent Danish-Chinese organizations such as the DCCC and the Danish Wind Energy Association China.
