The DCCC is happy to invite you to this event about 'Going Home to Denmark' with specific focus on what to consider for your non-Danish spouse. Join us and learn how to relocate successfully back to Denmark.
‘Beijinger-in-Exile' Eskil Berg Kappel who has relocated to Denmark with a Chinese spouse and two children has offered to share his experiences in dealing with the Danish immigration requirements and related issues. In other words, give a 'relocation to Denmark for dummies' presentation. His presentation will include tips for how to prepare for and manage immigration into Denmark under the current regulations.
He will deliver the presentation at Westin Hotel, where the DCCC has arranged an informal meeting. It will be possible to ask questions, and there will be plenty of opportunities to meet other people in similar positions. Please note that everyone is welcome at the event; specific attention will be given to the legal challenges of Danes with non-Schengen family relations or spouses and partners of Danes considering relocation to Denmark.
