DCCC Entrepreneurship in China: The Shoe Guy that (almost) made it, Kasper Leschly, May 11th

DCCC is delighted to invite you to an After Work Business Event with a talk by Kasper Leschly, the founder of the D:Fuse and a recognized successful entrepreneur in China.

Kasper Leschly was awarded the prestigious award of Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014 by the DCCC after co-founding D:Fuse in 2006 (now part of ST&SAT, China’s 3rd biggest shoe company, who took 80% ownership of D:Fuse in 2013). D:Fuse today employs 1.000 people and Kasper is currently the Vice President of Retail Sales at ST&SAT.

Kasper has contributed to opening the Chinese Consumers to the Scandinavian “less-is-more” design in shoes. He also facilitated and negotiated a good deal both for current and new investors when ST&SAT took over 80% ownership in D:Fuse.
