Kaitian Luo
Partner at Anjie Lawfirm
Kaitian (Kai) Luo have been devoting to academic researches and practices in the area of labor, employment, and social security law for over ten years. Kai obtained my LL.B. and two LL.M. degrees from China University of Labor Relations, University of International Business and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively. Kai is currently a PH.D. candidate in Social Law at China University of Political Science and Law. As a member of China Society of Social Law, Professional Committee of Labor and Work, China Sociological Association, and Beijing Labor Law and Social Security Law Society, Kai has also published tens of professional employment law articles.
Before he joined AnJie Law Firm, Kai was a senior employment associate at King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing Office). Earlier than that, he worked for the State Administration of Taxation (Beijing Branch). Kai speaks Chinese and English.
