Vice President for Food Safety and Quality in Danish Crown Pork, Lena Bjertrup, will present how Danish Crown has managed to ensure the health of employees and maintaining the high level of Foodsafety during the Covid-19 crisis.

She will describe how Danish Crowns Crisis Management team has worked to ensure the global distribution of meat with high food safety. The main focus the resent year has been on ensuring the health and safety of the employees by a thorough test regime, increasing hygiene measures to an even higher level on the production facilities and seeking guidance from Covid-19 experts.


Following the presentation there will be an open discussion at which any related questions and/or comments are most welcome.
