It's well proven that implementing coaching as a part of your leadership skills is very effectful. Annette Dahl, Managing Director of C3 Consulting and Jan Vælds, Executive Coach and CEO of The Leadership and Coaching Group, will introduce you to some simple techniques and discuss how you can use coaching in a global perspective with colleagues from all over the world including Denmark and China where the leadership and coaching traditions are very different.
