DCCC invites our members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for South China in Guangzhou.

The meeting will include a review of the 2025 work, voting on internal matters, and the election of the 2026 Board of Directors.

Additionally, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Harley Seyedin as our distinguished keynote speaker.

About Dr. Harley Seyedin:

Dr. Harley Seyedin is Chairman & President of the American Chamber of Commerce in South China and President of Allelon Energy Systems. An international businessman, humanitarian, and philanthropist, he is the only individual in history to have received both the Oslo Business for Peace Award (2017, alongside Elon Musk) and the U.S. Department of Commerce's "Peace Through Commerce Medal"—an honor initiated by Thomas Jefferson in 1790. Under his leadership, AmCham South China has grown from 211 to over 2,300 members, while raising more than $ 3 million for charitable causes in rural China.
