SH 03.24 | Annual General Meeting 2022 (Member Only)

The Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC) is inviting our members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in East China (Shanghai) where we evaluate the work of 2021 and elect the Board of Directors for 2022. The Consul General of Danish Consulate General in Shanghai Jakob Linulf will give a speech.

Due to the current COVID situation in Shanghai, the AGM will be a hybrid online and offline meeting at the Danish Consulate. There are very limited seats available for offline participants. Please sign up as soon as possible to confirm your participation.

A negative COVID test from this Monday (3.21) onwards is necessary for offline participation.

The AGM is for DCCC members or special invitees only and each corporate member can have up to two representatives participate in the AGM.

From all of us in the DCCC Board and Secretariat in East China - we are looking forward to the Annual General Meeting 2022.

If you are interested in becoming a board member at the Danish Chamber of Commerce in East China for 2022, please send in the attached Board Member Application Form. ​You are expected to be able to attend the AGM in person, however, if you are not able to attend, please also share a short motivation for why you would like to join the board.

If you are unable to join the AGM in person, it is also possible to attend the AGM online. Please select the online ticket option and you will receive a zoom link to the meeting in advance.

If neither offline nor online participation is possible, it is strongly suggested that you fill out the proxy form​.
