The Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC) is inviting our members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in North/Beijing, where we evaluate the work of 2022 and elect the Board of Directors for 2023.

The AGM will take place on Tuesday, 28th February, 15:00 - 17:00 at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Beijing.

If you are unable to join the AGM in person, it is also possible to attend the AGM online. And you will receive a Teams link to the meeting in advance via email. (NB: The closed-door offline session from APCO is for on-site participants only.)

The AGM is for DCCC corporate members and special invitees only, and each corporate member can have up to two representatives participates in the AGM free of charge.

If neither offline nor online participation is possible, it is strongly suggested that you fill out the Proxy Form. Please return this form as scanned file by the 26th of February to Anna Lin Yip, secretary general of DCCC: anna@dccc.com.cn.

本次年度董事大会将为线上和线下混合会议，时间为2023年2月28日 周二，下午3-5点。线下在丹麦王国驻华大使馆举行，线上将通过Teams线上会议，会议链接将会提前通过邮箱发送给您。其中安可顾问的分享将以闭门形式，仅对现场参会者开放。

年度董事大会仅限DCCC会员或特别受邀者参加，每个企业会员最多可有两名代表参加。

如果线下或线上均无法参与，强烈建议您填写并发送附在活动页面的委托书。请于2月26日前将委托书扫描文件发送给DCCC秘书长叶安娜 anna@dccc.com.cn。
